Bowling Fun

The girls went bowling for the first time yesterday. I'm pretty sure they didn't really know what to expect. But the local bowling alley (Cloverleaf Bowl in Fremont) provides this contraption that allows kids to place the ball on a portable ramp and safely roll the ball down the lane. Pretty genius if you ask me. Plus, they put up the walls to prevent the bowling balls from going into the gutters - something that grown-ups would no doubt appreciate as well. Oh, and have I mentioned that they carry toddler-sized shoes? Unfortunately, the smallest is a size 6 and Alexa is still wearing a size 5. Oh well, I'll just have to make sure she's wearing thick socks next time. :) All kidding aside, the girls really did have fun (and played rather well for beginners) and we're sure to go back for another round soon.

Thanks for reading!
