REVIEW (cheese)

Sheep Romao Raw Milk Mitica
It is: unpasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt, enzymes, rubbed with olive oil and covered with rosemary.
What I thought: semi-soft cheese, mildly pungent lemon scent, strong rosemary flavor upon first bite, buttery finish, eaten under room temp
Bought from: Whole Foods, Cupertino, CA

Piave Vecchio Mitica
It is: pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, salt
What I thought: very similar to parmigiano reggiano in smell, texture and taste although slightly softer and less salty, nice sweet aftertaste.
