It may be hard to believe but I've never made pancit before. Well, that's exactly what I did make for dinner tonight. And it was a surprising success. Um, actually, I think it needs more "sahog" but what's important is that my daughters loved it and that I made enough of it for the hubby to "baon" to work tomorrow. :)
