Ella's 9-Month Well Care Appointment

Ella had her 9 month well-care appointment last Thursday. I was so excited because I was going to find out her current weight. She weighed in at 14 lbs at 6 months and I could swear she gained at least 3 lbs since. Not! She only gained 13 ounces. I kept asking the nurse, "Are you sure?!" even though I could plainly see the scale for myself. Our pediatrician, Dr. Go said that it's typical of Asian babies to weigh less than other babies.
